Arklow Rock Parnells

The rocks put up a fine display against Avondale for their first championship match of the season. They were up by six points at one stage, only to go scoreless in the last 20 minutes of the match. Full match report will be provided in time.

In atrocious conditions and under floodlights, the junior Rocks ground out another victory over a tireless opponent.

The first junior match of the season showed that the Rocks have a promising season ahead, taking a major scalp in the junior hurling championship.

There will be a county development draw with a prize fund of €142,000 on offer: cars, holidays and cash!

The final Leinster League match of the season exemplified the mercurial nature of the new Rocks senior outfit. In winning the match, the Rocks showed that their place in the senior ranks of Wicklow is well justified.

In appalling conditions, the Rocks visited Dublin's southside club, Naomh Olaf in the second match of the Leinster League with devastating results.
